Q: Is Harding’s Window Washing Insured?
A: Our washers have WCB coverage and we carry $5,000,000 of liability insurance.

Q: I was asked to count my windows for your estimate. What constitutes a window?
A: The best way to count your windows is to count the individual panes of glass. Most windows are made up of one or two panes.

Q: What counts as a windowpane?
A: A pane is a single piece of glass outlined by a frame. French door panes are a little different, we count each main frame as one pane. For example: if there are 6 single panes all within one main frame. This would count as one pane.

Q: Does Harding’s Window Washing have any height restrictions?
A: We provide washing up to 4 stories from ground level.

Q: Do you remove glass for older storm style windows?
A: Yes, if we can. There are some cases when the window has been painted over too many times for us to safely remove the glass.

Q: What payment forms do you accept?
A: Cash, cheque, or credit card.

Q: How do you charge for your services and what are the key pricing factors?
A: The cost of washing your windows depends on the size of your home, how many storeys it has, and the cleaning package you choose.

Q: Does rain effect my freshly cleaned windows?
A: Rain will not effect your washed windows.

Q: What happens if I need to reschedule my washing?
A: We will do our very best to reschedule your washing as soon as we can.

Q: Do I need to be home when you come?
A: No. We only need to have access to all elevations with windows to be washed.

Q: How should I prepare for my Window Cleaning?
A: If we are washing the interior windows then we ask you to move personal items off or away from the windows.
If we are washing the exterior windows then make sure your screens are off or “popped out” so we can access all the windows.

Q: The tracks and sills between my windows are filthy. Is this included in the cleaning?
A: Yes the cleaning of the tracks and sills are included with our Premium Package.

Q: Do you have different options for my window washing?
A: There are different service packages you can select from, each has its own price structure and process.
